Job Description:
The Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster will:
- Handle a case load commensurate with the complexity level of claims assigned.
- Collaborate with highly trained staff and state-of-the-art technology to promote injured worker recovery in a prompt, fair, and ethical manner.
- Handle a case load of combined CA SIP and other CA claims.
- Possess compassion and humility to serve on the Workers’ Compensation Team and positively impact injured worker recovery and the company’s financial success.
Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred.
- 7+ years of prior claim adjusting experience.
- Must be eligible for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate.
- Must have an active California Adjuster’s License.
- Must have an active SIP Certificate.
- Must be open to handling multiple jurisdictions and obtain appropriate licensing as needed.
