Job Description:

The Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster will:

  • Handle a case load commensurate with the complexity level of claims assigned.
  • Collaborate with highly trained staff and state-of-the-art technology to promote injured worker recovery in a prompt, fair, and ethical manner.
  • Handle a case load of Oregon claims; may include other similar jurisdictions.
  • Possess compassion and humility to serve on the Workers’ Compensation Team and positively impact injured worker recovery and the company’s financial success.

Qualification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred.
  • 7+ years of prior claim adjusting experience.
  • Must be eligible for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate.
  • Must have an active Oregon Adjuster’s License.
  • Must be open to handling multiple jurisdictions and obtain appropriate licensing as needed.
