Job Description:
- Prepare monthly billing statements and invoices using complex Excel logic and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and posting cash receipts.
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and collect on aging invoices.
- Maintain deferred revenue schedules monthly.
- Assist with depositing checks on a weekly basis.
- Serve as backup for processing Accounts Payable.
- Assist with all audits, external and internal.
- Assist with other miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor.
Education / Licensing / Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, 2-year degree or higher preferred.
- 5+ years’ accounting experience.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional experience with Excel and Outlook, some experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Access preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Ability to work and interact with departments throughout organization.
