Work Location:  Lake Mary, FL

Initially Full Time In Office for 1-2 Months

Then Hybrid Schedule (4 Days Home/1 Day In Office)

Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly billing statements and invoices using complex Excel logic and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and posting cash receipts.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and collect on aging invoices.
  • Maintain deferred revenue schedules monthly.
  • Assist with depositing checks on a weekly basis.
  • Serve as backup for processing Accounts Payable.
  • Assist with all audits, external and internal.
  • Assist with other miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor.

Education / Licensing / Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, 2-year degree or higher preferred.
  • 5+ years’ accounting experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional experience with Excel and Outlook, some experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Access preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Ability to work and interact with departments throughout organization.
